Following on from part one, these four videos, Mira Riddiford shares a powerful mindful movement method especially adapted for people who feel chronic pain issues, anxiety or health challenges. Mira guides us slowly and methodically through contemplations and strategies to help calm our bodies and minds. Mira has lived experience with chronic pain and has created this series for those who need a very gentle mindfulness sessions.

How does it work?

  1. Participant purchases eLearning programme

  2. An email is sent welcoming the participant to the course, with the password and link to open the video course page

  3. Participant logs in and works through the videos in their own space and time (these videos can be viewed lying down, in office lunch breaks, or anywhere private where you can have a few moments peace)

  4. Participant practices with a recording of Mira Riddiford guiding and doing the movements with you

  5. Once you’ve viewed the videos, you can easily repeat one video more than another, or return to watch them again, the password is valid for six months

  6. Once you’ve finished let Mira know how it went! Good luck and we hope it expands your experience of mindfulness
